In the spring of 2012 Chemobau laid the flooring on the newly constructed expansion of headquarters, located in the town of Kufstein, Austria. The headquarters are situated in the heart of the Tyrol region in the Austrian Alps.
Chemobau constructed the industrial floor with area 11000 m2 for 7 strokes with average area per day around 1500 m2. Thanks to the two specialized machines for concrete floor construction - Laser Screed and Toping Spreader, it was possible to construct such areas in extremely short terms and very precisely. The largest daily area was 2300 m2. It was constructed for the record 9 hours and the concrete volume was around 550 m3. The solution for the floor was completely jointless and the design previewed specialized HDS-Sinus profiles for transmitting the loads between two neighboring slabs, allowing transfer without shocks.
